Karen B. Wolrab
Karen B. Wolrab is a Board Member at REACT Cyber Solutions, with over 20 years of experience as an Internal Audit Professional across the Financial Services, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies, specializing in SOX compliance, operational, and technology audits.
Karen holds an MBA with a focus in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Business, along with certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA).
Lance Wolrab
Lance Wolrab, Chief Revenue Officer of REACT Cyber Solutions, brings over 20 years of expertise in nuclear forensics from his service with the U.S. Air Force and 24 years of experience in IT security. Specializing in network and web application security, intrusion detection, and security operations, Lance has held significant roles at Franklin-Templeton Technologies and Delta Dental of California. His career spans roles as a Sales Engineer and Major Account Manager, helping organizations meet complex IT security compliance requirements, including SOX, HIPAA, and SEC regulations. Known for tailoring technical communications to diverse audiences, Lance has managed some of the largest U.S. accounts in finance, retail, and manufacturing since 2015.

Our journey to founding REACT Cyber Solutions is rooted in a long-standing passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to client success.
Twenty years ago, the seed for REACT Cyber Solutions was planted by a simple suggestion from my mentor and friend, Jim Clements, to launch a cybersecurity business in California. While we didn’t embark on that journey immediately, our experience continued to grow. After relocating to the Atlanta area in 2007, we spent the next two decades refining our expertise in sales engineering, account management, and financial audit. Now, we are proud to enter the market with a company that reflects both the lessons learned and the relationships built over 20 years. Our name is a tribute to Jim’s REACT Network Services, which exemplified the same unwavering client-first commitment we carry forward today.
